Q: Are the products safe, strong and of high quality?

A: I only sell products I know are safe and strong for a pet to wear. Collars, leads and harnesses are made using strong webbing and use marine grade stainless steel or solid brass rings (rust-proof) secured by strong industrial stitches. All clips and adjusters are made of Acetal “stronger than plastic” and are fit for purpose. Our coats and jumpers are made using high quality British made fleece and/or waterproof durable materials.

Please remember, your pets safety is your responsibility. Check the products regularly to look for any signs of wear and/or damage and cease using if any is found. Bobbin And Bagel cannot be held responsible for any injury to a pet or death of a pet as a result of using our products.


Q: I’m looking for a product that I can’t see in your shop. Can I contact you to discuss my idea?

A: Of course! I have set sizes and length for sale in my shop however, if you require a different width, different length or different size, please contact me and we will see if it's possible and create a custom order for you. This service doesn’t cost anything and a quote will be created for your requested product. You can feel free to walk away at that point if you do not wish to go ahead with your order.


Q: Why are there some illustrations rather than actual photographs of products in the shop?

A: As a small business, it would be simply unrealistic to manufacture every single product, in every single colour or pattern option. After long discussions, I decided to create illustrations of my products instead, thus giving my customers a fairly good idea of what the final product would look like. I have real photographs of my patterned clip, martingale dog collars and AllWeathers Glow clip collars.

Whilst every effort has gone into making sure the illustrations match the real thing, I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in design, pattern placement, size and colour. If you are interested in a particular product that only has an illustrations and you need a bit of reassurance feel free to email me and I will send through any pictures I may have. Rest assured though, that my customers are very happy with their orders and you can check out their pictures on my PetPix tab button at the top of every page. I also have great reviews on my Facebook page and Etsy shop.

Q: How do I care for my new accessories?

A: All care instructions can be found for each product in the description section in the shop.

Collars, leads, harnesses and bandanas: Handwash in hot soapy water or alternatively, put into washing bag and wash in the machine on a low temperature. Allow to dry flat. Lead needs to be dried with a towel or cloth straight after being washed.

Jumpers: Machine wash on low temperature, tumble dry low heat or line dry.

Coats: Machine wash on low temperature. DO NOT tumble dry as coat will lose it’s waterproof qualities.

Q: Will the product fit my dog?

A: Please see the size charts to see which size your pet requires. If you need any additional help or advice, please get in contact and I’ll be happy to help you. Everything can altered to fit your dog perfectly, please let us know and we’ll be happy to create custom sized products.

Q: How long until I receive my order?

A: It can take anything from 1 day to 4 days for me to manufacture your order, depending on what you have ordered. I then post out via Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded which will get to you within 3 working days.

Q: How much is postage?

A: Standard delivery £2.99 - 2nd Class Recorded up to 3 working days after dispatch.

At this time, we can only ship to the United Kingdom.

Postage is free when you spend over £75, this will happen automatically at checkout.

Q: What is your returns and exchange policy?

A: All orders are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched but on the rare chance that your order is faulty you can return it to us and a full refund will be given but usually we aim to amend your order in one way or another so that you have a product you are happy with and that you are in turn, happy with us.

Items can be exchanged for a same priced item but return costs are your responsibility. Original products must be in a saleable condition for us to consider doing an exchange.
